988 Crisis Assistance Phone Line is available nationwide. The 988 number is for concerns involving mental health, substance use, and/or suicide. 988 helps people quickly connect with trained crisis counselors at any time, no matter where they live. More information is available here.

Online reports to Eugene Police Department
The Eugene Police Department now has online reporting options in seven languages, so that residents can notify police from computers or phones about non-emergency events such as thefts, scams, forgery, and vandalism. There is also an anonymous tip line. More information HERE.
