SAVE OREGON’S BEES The Nonprofit group "Beyond Toxics" wants you to know that Oregon's bees are in trouble and many species are at risk of extinction. As pollinator populations decline, the lower production of healthy fruits and vegetables places the entire natural system in peril. Ophelia’s Place for ages 10 to 18, new space in Albany
Ophelia's Place offers in-person and virtual activities for female, nonbinary, and gender non-conforming young persons ages 10 to 18. There are meetups, clubs, or workshops featuring art, writing, fandom, anime, self-care, leadership, and adventuring. There are various support or therapy groups, including for parents, all on Zoom. The Eugene Disaster Relief Trials are scheduled for Saturday, October 8, 2022 at Kiwanis Park at Skinner Butte. This event demonstrates the capabilities of cargo bikes in disaster situations.
