School Garden Project
The School Garden Project of Lane County assists schools with developing and maintaining onsite vegetable gardens where children can learn the basics of growing healthy food and become stewards of nature. CASA of Lane County
CASA of Lane County advocates for children who are in foster care due to abuse or neglect. Volunteers act as court-appointed advocates and provide academic support. Information HERE on volunteering and donating.
Community Supported Services
Community Supported Services provides micro shelters for unhoused persons within a supportive group environment, protects human rights, and strives to address the current lack of housing. Volunteers can be tutors, dog trainers, board members, fundraisers, or administrative helpers. Volunteers are also needed to help with landscaping, deliver food boxes, and give haircuts.
