Bright Parade 9/27
The EUGENE BRIGHT PARADE, a celebration of community spirit, is taking place downtown on Saturday, September 27th from 7:15 to 8:30 pm. The parade begins and ends at 8th Avenue and Pearl Street.
The parade showcases illuminated art in motion, with lighted displays by local artists, schools, nonprofits, neighborhood associations, businesses, and individuals. The After-Party, featuring food vendors, music, dancing, and illuminated costumes and art, is from 7 pm to 10 pm at the Farmers’ Market Pavilion. The Parade and After-Party are free and accessible for all spectators.
Groups and individuals applying to participate in the parade before August 29 get reduced fees. The last day to submit an application is September 8th.
