Caregiver workshops 4/25

Senior and Disability Services is hosting a free series of workshops to support caregivers beginning April 25th and running 6 consecutive weeks through May 30th.
The workshops are on Fridays from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at Amazon Community Center Conference Room, at 2700 Hilyard Street in Eugene.
These sessions are for anyone 18 years and older providing personal care for a loved one who is at least 60 years old.
Participants will be offered tools to manage stress, create goals, set boundaries, and much more.
The course will be limited to 15 registered participants.
