Lane County mobile crisis services
August 16 @ 8:00 am - December 31 @ 5:00 pm
Lane County will operate mobile crisis services effective Sunday, August 18th.
The trained professionals in the mobile crisis program offer mental health emergency response to any resident in any part of Lane County, including transportation and connections to essential resources. The crisis teams can coordinate with first responders, law enforcement, and community mental health providers, to provide alternatives to jails and emergency rooms. Follow-up care will be available within 72 hours of the initial crisis call.
The Lane County Crisis Line can be accessed by calling or texting 988 or by calling 541-682-1001. The crisis line will operate seven days a week from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. until it is possible to expand to 24/7 coverage.
