The first words ever spoken on FM radio in the Pacific Northwest were spoken on KRVM. The date was December 6, 1947. Now, 65 years later, KRVM continues to lead the way with Listener-Powered Community Radio: Breakfast with the Blues, adult album alternative music, and a wide variety of unique specialty music programs produced by students and volunteers from our studios at Sheldon High School.

KRVM / Greenhill Pet of the Week

Terry is available for adoption at Greenhill Humane Society. He is a 4 year old, male, Terrier mix with a sweet and shy personality. Terry came from an overcrowded shelter in California, so his history is unknown.

The Rockabilly Queen - Wanda Jackson was a recent guest on my Son of Saturday Gold radio program. Then Wanda and the Dusty 45s proceeded to rock the WOW Hall and prove to a packed house that the party definitely ain' t over!
